Cedar Creek Volenteer Fire Dept cookoff May 4 & 5 2007 - 2nd in pork, 7 th in ribs, 16 overall.

Celebrate Council Bluffs  May 11 & 12, 2007 - 2nd ribs, 3rd briskett, 10th in chicken, 11th in pork, 3rd place overall.

Springfield Days June 1 & 2, 2007 - 1st briskett, 2nd chicken, 9th in ribs, 10th in pork - Overall  resevere grand champion.

World Pork Expo in DesMoines June 7 -8 -9, 2007 - 4th place whole hog, 15th place loin ,14th place pork, 54th place ribs, 11th place overall.

Uncle Earnies BBQ will be at Springfield days cookoff June 1&2, at The Taste of Omaha June 8,9,10 and at The World Pork Expo the same weekend and Ducan Ribfeast on June 23-24.

Uncle Earnies is featured in new cook book called Killer Ribs. by Nancy Davidson.
These books are available at the store in Cedar Creek and are availble nationwide at many bookstores.

May 2006 - Cedar creek cookoff: 4th place overall of 4 meat catagories, 6th place ribs, 3rd place pork, 9th place brisket, 11th chicken.

July 2006 Bellevue cookoff - Reserve grand champ 2nd place overall of 4 meat catagories, 11th place ribs, 10th place pork, 4th place brisket, 8th place chicken. At the bellevue contest they had a iron chef competion which Uncle Earnies placed 2nd.

August 2006 BBQ Championship of Nebraska in Lincoln - 12th overall, 3rd in brisket. Sides contest - 1st place side dish which was basil lemon shrimp, 3rd place dessert which was strawberry shortcake, 4th place bbq pizza with brisket and bbq sauce.
